Wisconsin Mutual 's Auto Glass Repair/Replacement Program uses
glass vendors that provide prompt, professional and efficient service who
warrant their work performed and products used. As a policyholder
you may select a vendor that services your area directly without reporting the claim
to the company.
Contact the glass vendor in your area (use vendor list
below or indicated websites for additional locations) and provide them with your
policy number, vehicle make, model and year, and your deductible amount.
You have the option to have your vehicle serviced at your home or place of
work by a mobile unit or at the glass vendors place of business.
The vendor
will determine if the glass can be repaired or must be replaced. They
will contact
the Home Offices of Wisconsin Mutual to verify coverages and begin servicing your vehicle.
If the glass can be repaired, it will be guaranteed by the vendor, Wisconsin Mutual will
WAIVE YOUR DEDUCTIBLE when the glass is repaired.
If you do not elect to use a preferred vendor identified here,
you may choose any qualified dealer in the state, but you must notify Wisconsin
Mutual or your agent for approval. Payment of your claim will not be in
excess of the industry discounted amounts used by these preferred vendors.
